Level 1 is a two day introductory level to the Bach Remedies that will equip you to use the remedies safely and effectively for yourself and with friends and family. No previous knowledge or training is required for this course.

During the two days you will:
- Become familiar with all 38 Bach Original Flower Remedies.
- Learn how and when to use the remedies in daily life for emotional wellbeing.
- Be introduced to Dr. Bach's philosophy about health and disease.
